General Description

Villa Lancastria is new for the 2005 season.Located on the edge of the village of Montizana, Villa Lancastria is about 10 minutes drive from the coastal resort of Zelena Laguna and 15 minutes drive from the historic town of Porec. Villa Lancastria accommodates six (eight*) people, with a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one with bunk-beds. * For the larger family group, there is a pull-out sofa in the main living area – offering a total of eight sleeping places. Villa Lancastria comprises a large lounge, separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The Villa has a family bathroom. The lounge and dining area both open to a patio and private pool area, which has views across the countryside to the sea and distant Alps. There is secured parking for two vehicles. A small shop for essential supplies is nearby and several excellent restaurants are within a five-minute drive.

Surroundings Description

Villa Lancastria is 3 bedroom detached, fully equipped Villa on a small development of seven properties, with breathtaking views across Istria and the Adriatic Sea to the Alps. There is a private patio and pool, and access to a secluded hilltop viewing/picnic area – just 300 metres away.

Price Description

Prices start from £450 per week (May and October) to £650 per week (June and September) to £850 per week (July and August). Bed linen and towels (up to 6 people) are included in the price.
